We are to close to the goal line to change quarterbacks
After several hours of phone convesations with both Frank & Roger I assure you these were the best options
Frank used Shares in lieu of cash which we are spending carefully
Some board members have been working for free & need to be compensated or we will lose them
Finding & keeping QUALIFIED Geo's, Engineers, Lab's & BOD members, is very difficult & expensive
Most now are demanding money up front as they can pick & choose where they will work. Frank has had to be creative to prepay & in many cases use shares to keep us on track
We now have a new letter writer, which was badly needed, as well as a specalist in aquiring Government permits, which are also badly needed to allow us to start milling
This whole package is NOT what it 1st appeared to be
Frank has actually acheived a lot, in which @ .13 / share is actually cost us around $600k
