Here is my 2nd response to you. This is what Roger said PRIOR to you finding that Van Eck is selling

BTW Van Eck has to sell when clients want redemptions. It takes 3 months to redeem with them, so any customer wanting to sell, they will redeem over a 3 month period, less a 10% year end holdback
