It is very clear to most of us that the Venture stocks are being manipulated by the Majors
It is clear that they want all of our shares dirt cheap
Once completed they will skyrocket in the opposite direction, as they will then manipulate them to the posative for huge gains
I feel sorry for the investors that cannot afford to ride this atrificial storm out & must capitulate
The last paragraph in that article makes it clear why Frank has spent all his time trying to raise money overseas, which turns out to be the correct move in hindsite

Companies are having extreme troubles funding through public vehicles because that money has dried up due to over manipulation and regulation (for now.) But that doesn’t mean capital isn’t available.
As a matter of fact, capital is abundant – especially in foreign countries.
Private equity is growing and foreign capital is looking for a place to call home. Foreign investors not only have an abundant wealth of capital, but they’re looking to deploy it.
