and what exactly do you hope to happen with new leadership? The only way we get anywhere at this point is with money and I certainly don't wan't massive dilution at 3 cents.
Once gold moves past $1450 or so, on it's way to much higher levels the juniors with proven resources will start to migrate up, and only then will it make sense to finance and spend the money to get a mill if that is in fact the next step.
Frank has a lot more on the line than you or I and I don't get the feeling he is sitting on his hands.
