Unfortunatley in this type of depressed junior market, the financeers control the terms. However personally I don't really care if there is a consolidation as it means net nothing to the value of the company and is more of a physcological event for people. The reality of the company is that it is valued at $7MM today and will be after any consolidation....much too low in my opinion. What the consolidation will do is allow for less fluctuation % wise day to day (sorry traders) and allow for a more flexible financing structure when it comes to pricing warrants attached to any future deal.

Lot of patience required here over the past several years for sure...but in my view any dips below where we are today present an opportunity. This will be taken out someday with the resource potential and near surface grades....just a matter of when and certainly not below todays $7 million value.
