Yes and his ogre like geo he has put out front on CCW; poor pr acumen, arrogant with nothing accomplished, a know it all who knows less than that.  Frank himself sure can raise cash tho...and spend it.  And promote.  It is what the juniors do; promise to deliver.  Mostly promises tho ;).
