IMHO
Russell can get the job done easily
He has plenty of experience

also Timmins is a gold mining area and has been like that since forever
it should be loaded with people who can fill all aspects of gold mining

remember it was Dupont who brought on Russell and Sprott
those 2 are more than enough to complete the task

Dupont had been with EXS and GGO combined for17 years as far as I know
