True. The reclamation plan was in the original proposal for permitting. It's a requirement.

I think the mine closure issue was actually addressed quite a while back. Before they could get this far they had to have a plan in place for restoration to the area.

For this stage of exploration, they must provide financial assurance that they will rehab the area in a closure plan. Last week's financing announcements should go a long way in this regard
