the company is under investigation along with its directors. The company will be delisted. Anthony and Mark will be found guilty.

Is the 70M count you give above the O/S or fully diluted shares?  If fully diluted, then insiders own the 25M you are alluding to.  Can be in stock, stock options, o/s warrants.  There ...more
