The Company is focused on building or enhancing UMO re-refineries and licensing its intellectual property to third parties around the world. Its first ReGen facility is in the site selection and negotiation phase in the United States Gulf Coast.

Dilution will be more likely by giving JV partner bigger share but still irrelevant due to extreme undervalued stock price.
