I highly doubt anyone with any clout in the investing world would give two sh*t's about what any of us have say on stockhouse, so really no damage to the reputation of the company. he is blackmailing an employee of the company. Unofficially known as blackmail, extortion (stealing by coercion) represents a serious offence in Canadian Law. In some cases it can lead to years in jail or lifetime imprisonment.
