A wild card... and a wild guess......
Plutus Gold ( a still private company ) has as of June 30th 2022 met all requirements to obtain 100% of the Snowbird claim from Gittenes. Except possibly ONE... it has not gone public as per disclosure in the option plan. Plutus is not trading on any exchange as yet but it was intended to happen by June 30th of 2022. The 22million Plutus shares turned over to Gittenes was agreed upon if Plutus did not become public by June 30/2022.
Gittenes has no way of truly knowing the value of these shares if these are not trading in the market... no matter what the book value may be.
The WILD card... and the WILD guess. PLutus is going to finally get the listing which will be very good for Gittenes and the shareholders.
Snowbird is a truly valuable piece of real estate and all Gittenes has got out of it is $15000.00 cash so far.
