I totally agree.
Why should we make it easy for these guys to financially ruin us shareholders.
Maybe if shareholders vote no to everything they want to do they will finally do what is right for us and bring in a proper JV with someone who can develop this property.
1/2 of something is better than nothing which is what we get if we let management do what they are obviously planing to do to us.
The heck with them
