Vote NO
Voted today against the consolidation.
As a stockholder I do not think I have anything to gain by a consolidation, changing the name of the company in order to facilitate an easier dilution of my shares by a management that has done very little if anything to further this project along.
This entire process is all about making more money for managment not for us stockholders.
Unbelievable
You all can vote whichever way you wish
but my vote is NO
