The Company also owns a 100% interest in 3,000-hectare Hickman copper-gold property located in the Golden Triangle district, approximately 140 kms north of Stewart, British Columbia.

Say what? Did you suddenty realize that in the junior exploration game the objective is to raise additional equity to carry on the program? A successful junior needs to 'dilute' its outstanding shareholder base to raise more cash to carry-on the program.
It's when you can't raise any additional equity, and are not able to 'dilute' that yuo run into problems.
I would think GLDN is one of the better plays out there.
