The Company owns Montviel property, which is located approximately 100 km north of Lebel-sur-Quevillon and 45 km west of the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi. The Montviel property comprises 96 mining claims totaling 5,333 hectares. The project is comprised of 178 cells, for a total of approximately 9,910 hectares.

I fully agree with your statement.  GMA has more potential to become a mine.

Kenya is one of the worst jurisdiction for mining in the world and one of the worts in Africa (just asked TIOMIN officials).  The population is against mining especially when investors are from Western countries.

As the ore in Kenya is likely to be radioactive (REE is often associated with thorium) the population will say no to the project. The administration of the mining department is highly corrupted and will slow down any permit approval.
