Rule #1 :if insider(s) sell then you sell.
If the company is not doing well or is stagnant and you see an insider selling you can probably expect a bad nr in your near future.
.
If the company is doing well and there is a run up in the share value and you see an insider selling; then you can probably expect a private placement in your near future.
.
What the bb posters will say about the sale will go something like this: Insiders need some money because they are underpaid, home reno is in progress, it was an ex-insider (who for whatever reason is still listed as an insider.) ect, ect , ect....
Who cares? If an insider sells then you sell.

3.3 million shates @ 60 cents + warrants +70 cent 1.4 mil. f/t shares( that's like around 47 cents).

It would have been nice if they waited to the share price was higher, but for whatever reason they didn't.
.
Any guesses for next week?
.

.
On a side note I watched "Enron the Smartest Guys in the Room" last night. I'd reccomend viewing this for anyone who invests in stocks.
