When we say that PP is going to close on Monday, I would assume that whoever participating in the PP will have shares on hand on Monday/Tuesday. Trade settlement in TSX.V occurs three trading days after the trade date (T+3) ... that said, if these guys want to sell these shares, they could have started selling on March 5 or 6 (i.e. last 2 days).  Correct ??

If you pay $0.60 per share in PP ... if they start selling the hugh amount of shares they will get in this PP, the SP will plunge well below $0.60.  They earn nothing ?!

Shouldn't it make more sense that they would sell the PP shares after the share price is a lot higher than the current level IMHO ??
