Or Simon got ahead of himself because the process doesn't work. Or it works, but isn't at all commercially viable.  Or, as in your post, it works but is going to take a long time to actually be worth anything, which by that time may be too late (eg. someone else comes up with a similar process, or China just steals their tech and builds it themselves).

Regardless, this stock is headed down toward 10cents.  From there, even positive news will likely only bump it to 18-20 cents.  Or maybe I'm just being overly pessismistic, but at this point, based on how this is trading, it's hard to imagine anything good coming from anytime soon.
