Why are those so-called "key financial partners" not investing in GMA via PP ? What do these "key financial partners" get out of this arrangement ? Any thoughts on legit conspiracy theory given that it's a venture exchange? Can we all invest in Innord Inc. directly instead ? Since Innord Inc. is private, they might not have to disclose information to GMA shareholders via phone calls anymore ?? Please advise if I am missing something .....
