Within this short clip is some fasinating foresight regarding theft of IP from China looking forward and Rare Earth use. It also mentions what ever Rare Earths China produces maybe wholly consumed by it own insatiable industry. It is also interesting that we see these trade wars really heating up again this YEAR 2018.
China can actually say we need what what we produce and therefore cannot export any Rare Earth Oxides? What better way to retaliate in a trade war by saying China needs all of its Rare Earth Oxidies to meet its internal demand. What better way to retaliate but not! This would not be considered an aggressive retaliation to USA initiated trade wars.
China has also invested in alot of other Rare Eath plays around the world is this to choke us out or to ensure they do not become dependeant on REE from sources they do not control?
Is it not also very interesting that USA has finally taken Action! This was in 2017.
