If they can't be trusted in the little things, why trust them with the big things?
Feed study 8-12 weeks, missed deadline.
Will there be changes in flow or costs??
Government money in by end of July, government shut down in July so will be in early August, missed again.
New plant location to be selected and leased or purchased. Anything on this yet??
Construction started?? No, can't until site is selected and finalized and Feed study completed.
Supply agreement for magnets signed, LOI ?? Not enough yet....
Any off take agreements, LOI or signed?? No, not yet....
All these misses will push back production well into second half of 2020, if that.
IF, China and US ever settle trade disputes, there goes the threat of REE being used as a weapon by China, the market will take a who cares attitude to REE stocks.
Oh, we will be well into tax loss selling season in two months, so this share price won't be moving higher, and will probably be dropping, good buying opportunity then, if of course everything above happens???
Management needs to be sharper, embrace a "Carpe Diem" attitude, go big or go home attitude.
