HK provides access to substantial amounts of capital which is the main reason.....and much higher valuation .

Everything is speculative until the fat Lady sings.
Felipe is a very cautious investor with a competent team behind him.
As for share buybacks , this has been going on for a decade or more, as I believe it still is.

It has drastically reduced liquidity, so liquidity is not an issue for management.

Typically, when share buybacks are sustained for such a long period of time and non  insiders are intentionally  reduced to a previous few, the company goes private .

I suspect the average long term share buy back price is less than $0.35 .....So, quite an outstanding investment of capital don't you think at NPV of $2.60..
