That's apparently the way money is made. Other than actually producing oil and gas I guess. The situation at GNZ looks awfully similar to the ERCB's take on Legacy. https://www.ercb.ca/docs/documents/decisions/2011/2011-ABERCB-037.pdf And that was what, nearly 15 years ago?
