Conflict Of Interest?

Interesting Post from the Censorship And Banishment Period.I've highlighted in red for simplicity to connect the dots between Related Parties. Hey,how convenient! Chapman Petroleum Engineering and Transaction Oil & Gas share the same office together and share the same Fax Machine.Someone could contact the Canada Revenue Agency for an investigation and Audit to see if both Companies are claiming the full rent,Fax and utilities bills,etc.,etc.,etc. and not being fair with the Tax Man. Yup,they surely could do that. I wonder if Charlie,Herb & Bill of Transaction have a separate office area and desks from Charlie,Herb & Bill of Chapman Petroleum Engineering?

It's quite obvious, now, that Censorship rules the GNZ Board.
How many Posts besides my earlier 1 were removed today? I see no violation of Stockhouse Policy re. Posting Rules.
I see a concerted and deliberate effort by Parties yet unknown to quelch honest and open debate.
Since the December Statement by GNZ,many individuals have Posted pertinent facts - AS REPORTED BY GNZ - from these and previous (late and thus the lengthy CTO) Statements.
These are listed on SEDAR for all and sundry to view.I wanted to know how and why I lost money on GNZ and spent many hours investigating.Apparently so did others.
Since when is Posting Public information of interest to investors an unacceptable policy? Especially when that information has been unavailable due to late filing of Co. documents ...resulting in a CTO directly affecting all shareholders and a ban on the Co. insiders trading their Stocks.
The intimate relationship of Co's who have exclusive Service arrangements to provide GNZ with oil exploration and development services raises questions if this is in the best interests of Shareholders who have seen the Share price drop in 2 years from over $.40,through a lengthy CTO, and then drop to $.004.While the Related Partys make money for services provided, hold high-paying Notes (secured and unsecured),the Shareholders suffer from a dearth of news often unacceptably late.
These 2 Co's provide exclusive Services to GNZ. See how many common Offices,Fax Machines,Company Owners,Company Officers are all related to GNZ.Is this a benefit to Shareholders?Should this be further scrutinized by Securities Regulators? Give your opinions, and let's do what is best for the Shareholder.  Note: Copy and save all Posts.

Amazing. If this doesn't get you shareholders finally writing complaints to the Reg Authorities and demanding them to get off their lazy butts and investigate all the "arms length" related party transactions here then you deserve what you have gotten. This co. obviously is in shambles  and curious as to how many of you have actually written letters or made calls to the TSXv or ...more

So I don't know what else can help ensure the penny drops with you folks to stand up and be counted. Pick up that phone, Call now. Has your former mngt team and experts gone to all this trouble to go to the extreme opposite corner of   North America to finish the job they started? That would be the re-launch of their "Pasquia Hills Initiative". Initiative for what?f ...more
