What makes Canarc more interesting is the properties they have sold and have to sell. They have set up royalty agreements and have more properties to sell/take positions in. If a few of them pan out

One big difference.....350 million shares outstanding and they are doing a 5-1 reverse split. Which puts the share price at 75 cents. That 10 bagger looks a little different now.
