Grande Portage Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the Herbert gold discovery situated approximately 25 kilometers (km) north of Juneau, Alaska. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Herbert property. RE:Flash338

RE:Flash338 Who knows what will happen. What I do know though is I'd be chapped if GPG sells without doing a whole lot more drilling and lets gold really get it's legs. I'd much rather see Coeur take part in a financing (at a much higher price). If they sold this year, it'd be like dropping their load before their pants where down. I haven't seen too much on the buyout front yet. Several mergers of "equals" including juniors. The larger miners always seem stuck to fight the last battle. A lot of them paid ridiculous anounts of cash around 2011 and then spent years writing it all off when they should have been buying. The majors will probably look for all share deals. Sit on their hands a while being once bitten the last time, waiting for the bottom to fall out of gold which I don't see happening. P.S. I never really forgave Silvercrest for selling as silver was bouncing around the bottom so I never bought into Silvercrest 2. For what ever reason, I got mostly cash and a few token spin out shares. I still scroll as fast as I can past their chart on my big list while shaking my head. I hate seeing companies sell out before the metal gets to where I think it's going.
