With at least he says with 5 million shares each and managment he says has approx. 15 million shares.
He says that the company has about 19 million warrants that are all in the money and if exercised they would bring into the kitty approx. $5 million dollars.

Anyways what with sounds like he said that with those 5 big holders and managment holding about 40+ million shares, I wonder if he counted Eric"s shares?
Not much of a float of shares left too trade then for small retail!
