I emailed the company with the following question "Has the company been approached by Coeur mining about the possibility of shipping ore by barge (maybe) to their mill? I guess what I am asking is whether or not interest has been shown by Coeur to the possibility of some sort of integration. Looking at their operations it seems that they only have another 2 or 3 years of ore left at their mine. " This was his response: Both teams know each other well and have a good functioning relationship at numerous levels. Confidentiality limits anything further I could add. Interesting eh? Couer mining has acquired operations in the past but most of the acquisitions have involved shares. But with the gold price on a tear who knows what the future holds?
