According too Stockhouse Site
We have traded 17.78 million shares between the morning of July 3rd and Fridays close.
All above .41 cents. Where it opened on the morning of the announcement of Sprotts buying of 10 million units.
Now according too Ian on March 12th presentation at MIF.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPr-NM6NikU
He said there was 4 large shareholders hold approx 5 million shares EACH or almost 20 Million shares combined and Management and Insiders hold approx. 15 million shares.
And then there is Eric"s 10 million units for himself!
Total that up and we have 45 million shares?
I would assume lookin at Stockhouse total for just shares at 78.6 million shares is correct.
And we have warrants (in the money) 14.7 million (if exercised he says they add $2.3 million into the kitty)
And options of (4.4 million)
So we might have around 96 million if fully exercised (warrants)
So we have about 50% of the companies float free trading too retail (my guess)
This time of year is just a seasonality thing (weak this time of yr) but end of August start of Sept it picks up yet again. until the first week or so of October when it weakens again until end of Nov when the seasonality picks up again)
I wonder if its the buyers of the month of Oct. 2018, that are now selling? Take a look at the monthly chart it shows 19.26 million shares traded in the month of Oct 2018. Between the price of .20 all the way up too 34 then back too 20 cents approx.
Thes individuals may be the ones selling now too either break even after 2 yrs or too take a bit o profit of the table/
Price of gold in Oct 2018 was around $1225 , yesterdays close for gold was $1953 or $730 per oz higher.
