Why are they so rich?

I hope they won't do that because that would be dilutive fiancing.

If the state of Alaska finance the project, it would be non dilutive and much better for the shareholders.

That's why the project made was brought to the american government, to fast track permitting and to accelerate the project a good chunk of money will be require to start up the mine.
