RE:Universal maket Integrity Rules (UMIR)

RE:Universal maket Integrity Rules (UMIR)It seems to me like any complaints to the SEC or IIROC are falling on deaf ears. All the rules currently in place are made by, and for the sole benefit of the people with the money.. not the retail investors. They made these rules to siphon money FROM the retail investors.
There is price manipulation happening with just about every stock being traded. The whole premise behind most shorters campaign is to short, bash, watch pps fall then profit.
At the end of the day short selling just tests the confidence of a stock and obviously there isnt enough confidence to overcome the fear in GPH. Once enough retail investors have confidence in a stock it can blow past any walls the shorters are trying to put up. And hopefully when that happens the shorters are left with their pants down having to cover their losses!
