There was a share for dept transaction and additional 2 private placements. Now 3 transaction are closed. The pp1 was in the same amount as the share for dept. This pp1 was without a warrant. That was obvious the condition from tsx to wave the 4 months hold period. If the insider will Re invest money from their free trading shares. Overall the balance sheet of gpl has now improved for about 230 k dollar.. for gpl that's a major move
