Reducing share count, reducing dilution, increasing liquidity and returning cash to shareholders all sound like good ideas to me. Good enough for the CFO to front run the repurchase at least.

Always classy to see a CFO frontrun the share repurchase plan so he can get in cheaply and make good money. The company could have bought those 4 cents shares but now will have to spend more money to ...more
