A good sign?

What does everyone think of the private placement?

Seems like the CEO really believes the Yangshan play enough to put in $5,000,000 of his own money into the company.

Again, I am highly biased because I have been in this for so long. But from day one, insiders have only continued to buy and not sell one single share. Now Ricky is publicly stating the company is diversifying into e-commerce, getting back into Yangshan and growing their core business. The last special meeting was to approve his placement, and a name change for the company. The company has ...more

Large volume of buying at $0.045 and $0.05. I always find it funny how this company trades so low compared to the actual value of assets it holds. And, then there are companies on the exchange that trade many times it's non-existing assets. Anyone else find that strange?

More insider buying again recently, so it seems even insiders think shares are cheap or maybe something they know we don't.  Either way it's always nice to see more management buying up shares.  I like people managing a company that has their money at stake.   Dec 11/15 Dec 11/15 Tse, Decky Chi Kwan Direct Ownership Common Shares 10 - Acquisition in the public market  ...more
