Warrants

Warrants
Today's close of $1,75 marks the 20th day in succession that GQ has been over $1.20 a share.
This triggers the warrants attached to the PP of 1.5 million units done at 60 cents last June.
The warrants are excersible @ 80 cents.

Those who participated in the PP, have been selling the stock, excersising the warrants, pocketing a profit, and now have free stock.

IMO thats where this flurry of selling is coming from. and may be providing a last chance
to buy shares at a reduced rate.
