RE:What’s going on with this bad boy ?It is now the beginning of August and still there is no end in sight for the COB transaction.

My guess is that they hit the two year milestone, and likley go longer yet.

Do you think that maybe the issue is not the regulator and the audited financial statements, but rather that they simply do not have the funds to acquire privco (118700BC or something to that effect) and that is ultimatley the holdup?

The $6.7MM private placement hasn't closed yet (at least I did not see it) and my guess is that they were counting on those monies to finish the acquisition.

I know I sound like a broken record but, how could we possibly know as the information coming from this company is effectively non-existent.
