Re-AssaysI am not sure what is going on here but I think a few things need to be cleared up before trading tomorrow:
1. Who or What Newsletter advised their clients that there has been 3 assays of the latest drilling done by GQC? This, in itself, is very bullish-IF TRUE-and constitutes a LEAK of some sort, either at the LAB or by someone at GQC.
2. IF TRUE and the Company knows this to be a fact then they have 2 choices-Ask the TSE to HALT the stock until the assays can be released to the Public, or CONFIRM that this is the case and let the public draw their own conclusions as to why this has been done.
This is the least that must be done to protect all SH's or at least keep everyone on a level playing field.
I will forward a copy of this posting to Regulation Services at the TSE and perhaps they will ask the Company to clarify this situation.
