THESE GUYS ARE THE MOST INEFFECTUAL MANAGERS OF INVESTOR RELATIONS I HAVE EVER SEEN.
I THINK THEIR HEARTS IN THE RIGHT PLACE, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING DEALS DONE AND NEWS OUT, THEY SEEM TO HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ANYTHING.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU THINK 'COFFINTRADER' BUT I HAVE HEARD THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS ONE DEAL THEY ARE HINTING ABOUT HAVING NEWS ON, FOR ALMOST A YEAR-THEY'VE BEEN "CLOSE" FOR OVER 3 MONTHS.
IN THE MEANTIME THIS IS HOLDING UP THE 43-101 REPORT AND ASSAYS ON LAS ANIMAS AND SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT EVEN FAVORED WITH AN UPDATE FROM MANAGEMENT-HOW ARROGANT-I GUESS THEIR ATTITUDE IS IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEY WAY WE "MANAGE??' THINGS SELL YOUR STOCK AND TAKE YOUR LOSS.
I HAVE BEEN A SHAREHOLDER FOR 3 YEARS NOW AND I CAN'T DECIDE IF THERE IS SOMEONE BEHIND THE SCENES THAT ACTUALLY HAS A PLAN FOR WHAT LOOKS LIKE A PROMISING SITUATION IN THE D. R. OR IF ALISTAIR IS REALY CALLING THE SHOTS HERE.
FINALLY, CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THERE IS A DROP DEAD DATE FOR GOLDFIELDS TO ANNOUNCE THEIR INTENTIONS ON THE ONGOING JV-I SEEM TO RECALL THEY HAD 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF NOTIFICATION THAT THEY HAVE SPENT THE $5 MILLION DOLLARS CALLED FOR IN THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT?
PS-UPON READING THE NEWS RELEASE RE:JV EXPENDITURES DATED 12/24/08 YOU MIGHT NOTE THAT THERE IS MENTION OF GQC ACQUIRING 100% OF THE PROPERTIES AGAIN-THIS WOULD PROBABLY BE DONE FOR STOCK AND I GUESS EXPLAINS WHY THE STOCK SEEMS TO BE STUCK IN THE 10-12 CENT RANGE, PERHAPS SO GOLDFIELDS, PRESENTLY ONE OF OUR 'MAJOR' SHAREHOLDERS, WILL GET LOTS OFSTOCK FOR SELLING BACK THEIR 60% INTEREST IN THE PROJECTS THEY HAVE FINANCED.)
