RE:1 Seller~3mil bought in the 3 days prior, I bet lots of that was for the flip today. We are still up from yesterday which to me is a good sign as we don't have a ton of dumpers because the news was not as good as expected. I can see more people getting in from here on as GQC has a good chance of getting something done on this property.

GQC still has ~$4mm as of today in the treasury so they don't need to go out with cap-in-hand into the market. The only other reason would be if someone is looking to take a run at GQC and trying to control it that way. Let's see if we see some buying come in before the close.
