RE:RE:RE:Something Up?Didn't get anything yet but I'm in the US so maybe delayed? Based on todays trading, there are only a few placing big orders. Not a gambling man (but wait I own GQC) but if I were to say what
could be going on....the logjam is over. Permits and all are resolved. Earlier I wrote a "wild guess" blog thinking that a "big boy" wants more raw rock to process. This guy blew over $4 billion for their mine/processing plant. Barrick and Goldcorp own the big mine Pueblo Viejo. I would think they want to extend the life of the processing plant. Precipitate owns property adjacent to this mine. So far geologies are very similar to the big mine. And GoldQuest and Precip co-own preperty together....I think. If I were Barrick I would be looking to buy out highly potential gold mines on the island. So I'm thinking Barrick/Goldcorp(Newmont) would take out both GoldQuest and Precipitate for a song and call it.....a capital expense. Barrick already had their relationship with DR gov't. So maybe they were instrumental in breaking the logjam.
My favorite position when I played basebal....left field.
