The La Vega Prosecutor’s Office seized various high-end vehicles, helicopters, real estate, and large sums of money from Mr. Miguel Lpez, husband of the candidate for deputy for the Modern Revolutionary Party, Rosa Amalia Pilarte Lpez.
In the operation, in which they were arrested for links to drug trafficking and money laundering, “hundreds of documents that compromise their criminal liability were seized, 2 helicopters, an undetermined amount of cash, several properties in real estate valued at hundreds of millions of pesos and dozens of high-end vehicles owned by Mr. Miguel Lpez have been identified.”
