DR has all but a very few on board, yet, for some reason they haven't allowed this to go forward. Everyone from the President down has spoken out in favor of this "Environmentally Friendly State of the Art to which all should be compared" Frustrated as we all are, I see them appointing a respected Dominican on or about Sep 1 as a very good thing. I'm hoping from there on, we see huge gains in the share price. GLTA
