I'm stumped as to why no permit. Especially when a) It's allowed under the DR Law and b) It's only to allow an environmental study. Feels like we investors are all being held hostage or something. It feels like all the great PR for GQC the last couple years is just more delay tactics sometimes. I don't know. Seems weird. All we can do is wait for now, I suppose. GLTA!
