Come on Santana!! GLTA!Over the past weekend, of course there was Bautistas giant march/demonstration against the "Evil Goldquest". There are 4 or 5 articles from various news media in San Juan which say "hundreds" to "thousands" of people. In each article are the same lies: they'll use chemicals, contaminate our river/water(which is alreadypolluted and not by any Mining at all). Bautista knows it all and of course is an expert. The articles question the benefits, jobs etc. These "EXPERTS" at mining know how dangerous Goldquest is. And all without any studies or environmental studies..amazing! They mention DR Law, but of course not the fact that DR Law MUST allow environmental studies first. (And for some strange reason continue to fail to do so by not granting the permit) Blah blah blah. I hope the Mr. Santana is well prepared to take on this nonsense on behalf of us shareholders. GQC has invested in a variety of local San Juan projects..no one there protested any of that, of course. GQC is a state of the art environmentally friendly mining company that will set the standards in non-polluting, non-chemical extraction, and local benefits. Maybe that's what they and the current miners in DR are afraid of. Come on Mr. Santana...hold the anti-corrupt DR Govt do-gooders (Abinader & Almonte) responsible for their own laws! Let's get this thing rolling...or at the very least: Tell us why after all these years..it's still sitting still. GLTA! Hope we have a great week!
