This is becoming too obviously CORRUPT. Barrick has got to be pulling all strings. With Santana at the helm of GQC??? Nobody suspicious of that? 8 months in and no "lawfully required" permit??
Stinks like they're all in on it: GQC Mgt, Santana, Abinader, Almonte, and Barrick in DR.

See you all in 2024. If Abinader gets in again, still could mean more delays and choking little GQC out of its last bit of money for Barrick to sweep up. Oh, and don't forget: Of course GQC Mgt will give themselves more great options at our expense as well. AS IF THEY DESERVE IT!
