I am sure that Mr.Massola will try and get a face to face with the new Prez, hopefully in the very near future. Abinader may not have any signing authority until he is sworn in, but I am sure he will not be sitting on his hands. Aside from Barricks expansin, GQC is number 2 on the agenda of the Minister of Mines. I wouldn't be surprised if this is being primed prior to formal transition of power. I'd assume once the drinks stop flowing he'll be briefed into his role.
