Beware of a capital raise.The company updated its web site in Jan and said no exploration until after the licence.Now they go to the DR and come back with no firm date for the licence and state drilling will start.But in a conversation I had with Dave he told me the cash on hand would go to fund the study and a capital raise would be needed for exploration.So the latest NR makes me wonder if they intend to raise more capital before they get the permit at the current trading price????
