Burlguy seems to have vanished, but before he did he stated that lawyers were doing the paper work to file for arbitration.I think the company brought in Santana to make it look like a DR citizen CEO of GQC filed the claim rather than a Canadian.The optics of a DR guy taking the Gov to court instead of a Canadian is the right way to do it.

I do not know who Burlguy is , I have not anything about him . But I know plenty from you since you came here . All spreading misinformation or outright lies . You have never been positive anything GQC. I can tell you for sure , there is NO arbitration being filed . Could it come to that ? Of course but we believe a permit for exploitation is around the Navidad . If that fails , we shall see .
