RE:GRB 2020Current resident is paying 19 cents kw/h in Puerto Rico.

Let's say we sign the contract @ 9-10 cents kw/h , thats nearly half the their electric bill reduced ! Not to mention full financing already in place. 

Contract is comin,, PREPA is the focus of PR atm... wrenchs turning...

Sage ranch is happening.. very excited.

Not to mention PWR hitting all time highs today ! .34 cents...

If you do get sellers in the 0.40-60 cent range.. it's a hot entry for whats to come in 2020..
